my daughter burned her hair, the iron was defective!! I brought the iron back the next day to return it. The employees were so rude, they accused me of bringing a used iron, not the one I bought! I have been a loyal customer at your store for many years. Now you lost a customer I will never buy anything there again!!! I am a professional hairdresser and know how to use an iron, unfortunately I did not check the iron before I left your store, I trusted you. Thank you
