Provided by YP.comI am sorry for your experience Barbara D, I live in central Missouri and went there to visit my mom and I visited Santa Barbara because I wanted to buy some plants for her and we had a wonderful experience, even though some of their staff team doesn't speak a perfect English, they do their best to make you feel important. I do understand that there are some people that doesn't take good care of the plants and it doesn't mean they had a disease nor poor quality. Again, I am sorry for your experience but every time I go down to visit my mom in Florida and if she is needing some plants, I won't hesitate to buy at Santa Barbara.

Provided by YP.comI am a Client of Santa Barbara Nursery and have been for approximately 10 years. Their staff are very helpful and kind, their prices are very fair and they have beautiful plants and trees. The Nursery is SPECTACULAR, I love that place! They have a beautiful waterfall full of tropical fish. Everything I've installed on my property is thriving and doing very well.
I totally disagree with AGUTZ10 (1/4/07), maybe the palm she installed were not taken care of properly. : (
