The repair guy repaired our electronics in no time! I forgot his name but he is really a cool person with lots of knowledge and charisma.

These people are a nightmare to deal with! I bought my washer in May of 2013. It began having problems in February of 2014. I called for the under warranty repair. First they always take a week to come out. Second, appointment windows are from 8-4, meaning you miss a whole day of work. They kept telling me the drain was clogged each time they came out. This "clogged drain" happened several times. Finally, once it was out of warranty, (one week past the purchase date), they tell me the pump is bad. I purchased a service agreement for an extra $230 to cover parts and labor. Technicians came out twice (yes TWICE!) without the correct parts. They finally are having the parts shipped directly to me but change my appointment date AFTER I've requested the wrong day off work. I asked to speak with a supervisor and they kept me on hold for 10 minutes then hung up on me. Go to Brandsmart, HH Gregg, anywhere but here!!!
