I read the reviews but was in a bind. Closest place to me and was traveling in a few days. What was the worst that could happen? Glad I took a chance. My luggage was fixed within days with a holiday in between. They could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Great craftsmanship and super reasonable. Taking all my repairs there now.

I have been going to this business for over 15 years. the owner has always treated me with a smile and great service! i always get my things on time and in perfect condition.

sicne i have known the owner for a long time i think i may be able to say something in regards to the other negative comments. his English is not that great and sometimes he is misunderstood. what is meant as a joke, could come off as a rude response, but he is harmless and has many satisfied customers.

It is definetely a PIG. No manners what so ever. I wonder how he is still in business in a place like Pinecrest? Where he needs to be running his business is among other pigs just like him.

RUDE RUDE RUDE

After searching for a luggage repair shop, I came across this business. Even after reading the horrible review left by another dissatisfiied customer, I decided to give this shop a call, because it is close to my house. What a mistake! When I asked the manager/owner i would assume, if I needed to bring my bag in in order to get a quote, he sacastically replied, "Of course you have to bring it in, what youi think, Im going to fix it through the phone!" Needless to say, i will not be taking my bag into his establishment, and strongly suggest anyone else in need of his services, look elsewhere, their customer service sucks!!!

Store Owners Bad Attitude

I can’t speak to the quality of work at this store because the owner was so rude I left before giving him the work! The previous day I called up and asked the owner if he provided written estimates to submit to the airline for re-imbursement of damaged luggage. He told me to come to his store, he would inspect the damaged luggage and tell me what it cost to fix. The next day I went to the store, introduced myself, and showed him the damaged luggage. He then tells me he cannot provide an estimate! When I reminded him this was the primary reason I came to his store his response was " Don’t try and make your problem my problem.” I was stunned, then told him " You are correct, I wont make my problem your problem, however your attitude is your problem and not mine" at which point I left the store. So for all potential customers reading this review, if being treated courteously is as important to you as the quality of work being performed I suggest you look elsewhere.
