We contracted South Florida Limos on short notice without checking reviews on the Internet and became their next victim. If you're considering using this company, my advice is DON'T DO IT! I can't emphasize that enough. We asked this company to provide the best VIP service available to one of our best clients. We signed a contract and paid in advance, including 20% gratuity for the driver. This was a simple transport to Miami International Airport, a 10-mile ride. What was supposed to be a nice gesture for our client and his family turned into a nightmare for our company when the limo driver demanded payment from our client and obtained his credit card imprint despite the fact that we had paid the full amount in advance. Needless to say, the client was embarrassed in front of his wife and friends and felt insulted that we had offered a complimentary ride that wound up costing him $102 for a 10 mile ride to the airport. Owner and management insensitive to our complaint. STAY AWAY !!!

BUNCH OF LIERS, NEVER SHOWED UP SAID THE AIR WAS BROKEN. UNRELIABLE. NEVER GET THIS COMPANY....

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They are crimnals who fradulently charged my credit card for services that I never received!! I called for a quote, and gave them the card info over the phone, and stated that I would not be there for the pick-up, and that I was having someone else picked up. They stated that because I was not physically going to be there to swipe the card, that I had to FAX my ID and CARD over BEFORE they would confirm the reservation. I was traveling and did not have access to a fax machine, so I did not fax the info over. Which means that the reservation was not finalized because they did not have copies of my info (PER THEIR DEMAND), but they charged my card anyway, for three hours of drive time that was never finalized by fax. They sent a driver out to the airport anyway without the info that they requested (so they say they sent one, who knows the real truth). I own several companies within the US, and I am here to warn anyone that may try to do business with these
