Don't go there no matter what. If you are dealing with insurance claims, this place won't help at all and your car will be damaged and unfixed because its not accident related and they as your representative will agree with the insurance that its not accident related. Also, the few things that they fixed will be done with the cheapest lowest quality products which won't fit, and won't look good. You have been warned. Stay away from there if you value your car. Also, don't believe them about the time to fix it. My car was estimated to be fixed in 1 week and almost two months went by and they didn't fix anything other that putting a bad bumber, light, fender, and a plastic that didn't fit and their excuse whats that those are not original parts so they don't look good nor do they fit. They didn't fix all the other problems which include read damage, rims damage, steering wheel unaligned which the car pulls to the side, and more, not even the seat belt. I really regret going there.

Worst repair shop I have ever been to. These people are con artist. My vehicle went into this shop due to my wife being in a small wreck damaging both side doors. They stalled and stalled repairs for two months on a quoted three days. They stated this was due to ordering issues. After a month I threatened to take the vehicle out and they stalled the process further. Finally when the vehicle was released one of the door handles were extremely loose, there were scratches all over the interiors of the "refurbished doors", and the passengers side window would not roll down with the driver's side control. These people front under the cover of South motors umbrella but in reality they are uneducated greedy crooks.

Stay away......far...far away....

Fix colliosn on right backpassenger side (slopily) and now the back window (now heavily scratch) dangles and wiggles excessively.

First excuse: it was like that but not from the collision. That they have pictures to prove it (which they don't want to show us).

Finally, told us it's not there fault some things are brittle. I am so disappointed.

There's no way I can put my baby and toddler in the back. Nor do I feel safe driving it.

They recommended to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This is the next best thing.

From the first review, looks like I am not the only one :(

Don't Bother With These Criminals

I recently took my vehicle here after an accident, caused by another driver. I assumed there would be no issues as this is a dealer owned collision center... Well I was wrong. After picking up my vehicle from a week of repairs I was shocked to find my car damaged in an area completely unrelated to the damaged area from the accident. When I spoke with the manager he said they didn't do it and the car was brought in like that. Knowing my car was not brought in that way I put up a fight. He said he would be happy to show me the vehicle check-in sheet I signed when I dropped the car off. When he furnished the document it was clear they had altered the sheet after the car was in their possession. They refused to fix the car until I called the driver at fault's insurance company and provided photos of what my car looked like the day I dropped it off. In the end the car was fixed but it took me over a week of wasting my time trying to prove my case in order for them to accept fault.... Don't waste your time here, save yourself the trouble!
