Organized racket with HOA to tow people's car. My A/C broke and I called someone to service it. He came inside my house to check it and when he went outside his van was towed because it had commercial signs which are not allowed in the association. How else are you supposed to fix an A/C?



My suspicion is that someone gets a kickback from calling these scums to tow cars.
