Summit Aerospace specializes in the repair and overhaul of power generation components, such as integrated drive generators, variable speed constant frequency, constant speed drives, hydraulics and landing gears. The company also performs the reconditioning and rewinding of subassemblies, such as electrical motors, rotors and stators used on several end units for a variety of commercial and military aircraft. Summit Aerospace has achieved ISO 9001:2000 certification from the International Organization for Standardization. It is also certified by the Aeronautical Repair Station Association. Summit Aerospace is a recipient of the AMT Diamond Certificate of Excellence Award by the Federal Aviation Administration. It is a subsidiary of Aerospace Engineering Group, which is comprised of several aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul facilities.
