BEWARE WITH THIS COMPANY, they are really irresponsible, they avoid to answer the phone/emails when they make a mistake, the owner Gladys Pardo never pick up the phone, the employee don’t transfer the phone. They (Zuny Hernandez) provide a POD for a container they never pick up and once the steam line send us demurrage charges they said they will assume the charges and resolve the problem, day after day they say tomorrow and after a couple of week the answer was “After careful analyzes of this situation we have decided that we cannot pay the demurrage”WORSE
