well all i have too say is.the chi,ken wraps are excellent and their smoothies are by far thr best..you can ask for extra protein or extra peanut butter and they wont charge you the extra.really .....is open till midnight...by far the best smoothie shop in kendall

I had driven past Super Smoothie a few times since it opened and finally decided to give it a whirl today. Since my better half is a vegetarian, I was drawn in by their allegedly vegetarian-friendly menu. I first ordered a super turkey wrap for myself. The guy behind the counter did not bother to ask me what type of wrap or toppings I would like and simply proceeded to make the wrap as he saw fit. Figuring that perhaps he was new at this, I decided to just let it slide and order my partner's wrap, which was of course the vegetarian one listed in plain lettering on their oversized menu. The guy behind the counter rudely said "we don't have that" and was unable to tell me if they just happened to be out of the ingredients on that particular day or if it is simply a menu item that does not exist outside of the paper it is printed on. He was unfriendly and unaccommodating, making no attempt to suggest any possible alternatives. In the end, I paid almost twenty bucks for two average tasting, small smoothies and one average turkey wrap. Needless to say, it was a disappointing experience and not one that I care to repeat.



I personally think that it is important for a business to actually have the menu items that they advertise and if they happen to run out of those items (which of course will happen once in a while), they should at least make an effort to help the customer decide on a reasonable alternative rather than giving off the "too bad, so sad" kind of attitude that basically guarantees an unhappy customer.



Basically, if you are looking for an overpriced place with lousy service and mediocre fare, Super Smoothie is the way to go. For those who want a more pleasant experience, you'd probably have better luck at Jamba Juice or something similar.
