Provided by YP.comOn two different occasions I've brought my watch to this shop to be repaired. Each time I've had a good experience and found the turn around to be reasonable.
The owner Ernie is down to earth and a regular guy. I also found out that he was from a family of watchmakers back in Cuba. I thought that was pretty interesting.
I've only had good interactions with them.

Provided by YP.comI took my Movado for repair on August 8. First they told me one month and now it's going on 2. They give me the same story every week - the tech is checking quality control. How long do you have to check a watch to be sure it's working?
I want my watch back fixed. Your customer service is awful and the person who answers the phone could not be any colder or uncaring if she tried. She just parrots what she was told to say.
I am going to report your business to the Better Business Bureau. I want my watch back fixed and you can be sure I will NEVER use you or recommend you again. Next time, I am going directly to a MOVADO store.

Provided by YP.comI bought my watch in Mexico while on a cruise. It came with a one year warranty. A pin broke in one of the links, and I sent my watch to this company in August, with my receipt for the watch. (This is the company that apparently takes care of the warranties of the company from which I bought my watch, as I was directed to send my watch to Swisstime.) I called after about 2 months because I hadn't heard anything from them, they said they'd sent me a quote to fix it in the mail. IT WAS UNDER WARRANTY! I explained this to them, and they said they'd send me another quote. I said ok, I'd talk to them later as I was pressed for time. I called 3 subsequent times, the first time told them I still hadn't gotten "the quote" and that it was supposed to be free repair under warranty. They finally found that indeed, it should be - I was promised my watch in December. Then I was promised it at the beginning of January. Today is February 2nd, I still don't have my watch, though yesterday they told me that it had been shipped and to expect it next week. I do not recommend this company as it took me 6 + months to get my watch back, and they told me twice that it was going to cost me something, though it wasn't supposed to. I hope my watch is fixed.
Suggestions: Customer service - I never received an apology for how long the service was taking, nor for their mix-up that they wanted to charge me regardless of me telling them that it was under warranty. It's ok to apologize to customers. I'd be happier if I was even apologized to. Expedite their repair to make up for all of your mistakes, too!
Dear Customer My name Ernesto Rolo and I the VP of all operations in SWISStime care. I just read your letter and I am deeply disturbed by the way this was handled. I do not know what may have happened but I assure you that this is not the way we work. We represent ESQ and other brands as well and we have to follow the guidelines of each conpany. My apologies to you on this matter and I an assure you that I will find out and get to the bottom of this. Again I do apologize for your bad experience with us. Ernesto Rolo.
