This was my first using tailwaggin and It was a great experience ������������, very professional and clean environment thank u guys for an awesome job

First experience -They ran late but I heard they do. I asked for dogs to be shaved, they came back totally bald, skin only, not what I've experienced with other grooming services but I guess I should've been specific like leave a little fur!

Second experience-appointment time was 'around 3:00' (as texted to me the night before-Lori only lets you know night before). That day I texted to see where they were when it was an hour past. I was told via text running late, should be there by 5:30! Nope that wouldn't work for me especially already waiting several hours in the afternoon.

Third experience-my appointment was set 'before 12' in texted communication, day set weeks in advance and time set days in advance and I was very specific to my needs for early morning-told in person and text. At 2:00 no show and no contact. I sent a text to say it was clear they could not take care of my grooming needs. I didn't get a reply.

I consider this to be rude and unprofessional service.

Extremely happy with there services, very professional and they left my dogs looking like show dogs.its so hard to find a good groomer and I finally found them.

Very disappointed with them!����

So happy I finally found great mobile groomers very professional and their environment extremely clean they understood what I was looking for I left my dog looking her best! Thank you guys!!!!
