Provided by YP.comI reached out to Edgar Hernandez (The Dog Charmer) because he was referred to me by my Veterinarian who claims that he was the best in the Dog Training Field. I was a bit skeptical at first because my dog was completely out of control and I had previously used another local trainer who's training methods did not work for my dog. After just the 1st initial free evaluation I was highly impressed. He is so knowledgable in his field and is truly an expert in the industry. After meeting him, I am now not only a past client but also decided to join his team. The love he puts out towards animals is by far reflected in the fruit of his business. I witnessed first hand not only with my dog but also with other clients dogs the miracle his trainings provide. I am in pure awe at how quickly he is able to transform a dogs behavior. Even when the dog seems impossible to train he pours his heart and soul in to each training to ensure results. It is very sad to see other people post fake reviews to sabotage his reputation by other competitors. If anyone has any questions regarding his work you can always reach out to me as a reference. I will gladly answer any questions you may have. 305.998.9803

Provided by YP.comNightmare! Edgar charged us in advance for 5 classes and when he showed up, he used a punishment method with our puppy. We decided not to use his services and although the contract stated that we had 48 hours to cancel and get a refund, he kept our deposit of the 5 classes. We cancelled within the 48 hours but he never called back and he did not refund the remaining 4 classes.

Provided by YP.comWe had a very negative experience with this trainer, Edgar. We signed a contract and he took a large deposit. He didn't show up or cancelled most of the time and in the end he only provided a few 20 minute lessons and then stopped showing up OWING US a lot of classes and money. Extremely unprofessional and unethical. He took our money and dissapeared. We are in the process of proceding via legal route. Beware of this guy!

If you want your dogs trained dont let this man ever touch your dogs. He came to my home and did a "professional assessment" and told me what the dogs would require. He informed me of both options and i chose for him to take them because i did not want to train myself. I paid $4000. He said it would take 15 to 20 days and he would send videos and pictures. Never any pictures or videos. Then after telling me he needed a couple more days , it ended up being 32 days. And texted me they were doing good. He bring them to me and tell me out of 10 commands he was supposed to have done in half the time he kept them he was only able to accomplish 3 sit/stay/down and they were struggling with that too. He then told me i had to work with them and he would take again in 2 months for a week. He took them again and this time they came back worse. They were scared and peeing everywhere. And only the three commands. All of the commands were supposed to be done at a distance not only on the leash and none are working at a distance and like i said only 3 commands on the leash. He is very unprofessional does not communicate. I had to tell him 3 times about when i was getting my dogs back because he would not tell me. Even though we had a time frame. This man is a scam artist and a horrible person. Dont make the mistake that i did.

Provided by YP.comExtremely safisfied with my dog's training. I am doing in-home training where they come once a week and work with my dog and I, and the rest of the week I have to practice every day (practicing is key).
I am half-way through the training and I never believed that this was going to be possible. That by this point my dog would be obeying and respecting me completely.
I have a weimaraner. Before beginning the training, I couldnt walk him without him dragging me around and pulling on the leash, and everytime he saw a male dog or randomly, he would go crazy trying to attack the dog. About 4 weeks into the training, this behavior was fixed and he would just sit and look at me and sometimes whine and cry. I cannot wait to see how he will be when we finish the training, but I am very satisfied with how it is going.

Provided by YP.comHaving my own dog with me after I saw the tons of things that she was able to learn, made me feel proud of my respect to animals! This dog trainer in Miami from dog charmer taught me many things that I did not know were so useful for me! I never imagined that Danile, my female dog, was waiting and needing many things that I could never imagine if the dog charmer had not told me! So, I am very satisfied with the results and lesson! Thanks!
