Having gone to this place several times over the years, it's amazing to me that it's still in business. The only reason I went in the first place was because I had a coupon. I have always I found the service to be less than professional, with the employees acting arrogant, and seemingly annoyed to have to be dealing with customers. Yesterday morning I called to ask if they had a specific tire from General Tire. I was told by the person who answered the phone that they were in fact General Tire distributors but that they did not have the tire in stock, but to hold that and they would check if they had them in another store. I held for slightly over 10 minutes (timer on phone) and finally hung up figuring that maybe they had simply forgotten or had a store full of customers. I called back and Sergio answered and when I explained that I had called before but been put on hold for over 10 minutes, he responded nastily that I was going to have to hold since they were dealing with a customer. He then proceeded to put me on hold for another 5 minutes, upon which I hung up and called back. Now, they not only did not answer the phone - despite calling 3 more times - but they also simply let the call go to a fax after five rings.



There is no doubt in my mind that these people knew a customer who wanted to purchase 4 new tires was calling, but they could not be bothered..customers are such a nuisance! This is the attitude that will definitely ruin this place, particularly when right acrross the street there is a Tires Plus, in which folks answer quickly, are polite, the place is clean and pleasant and the employees are clearly trained. And despite the fact that they didn't carry the exact tires I was looking for, I still gave them my business. I will not only never give Tire Kingdom a cent ever again, I will tell everyone I can about to stay away from that rathole business.

These guys are really good. I get all my tires and lots of maintenance done here. They always do a real good job at a very reasonable price. I recommend them to people in my family without reservation.
