A Frequent customer of Tony's Pizza referred the new company I work with about placing an order with Tony's for a business lunch meeting. Pizza was deliver in an hour time period, but to her surprise when she arrive in the meeting to open the pizza box to find the entire pizza was burned..............................................................................................



Her boss was a little relutent about placing the order but trusted the new Finance Clerk decision, got involved with this disaster and called to report the discuss in the service on the pizza spoke with Brad which assured her that this was not a regular reformance of Tony's and apologized and stated that the next pizza is on the house.



Well to our surprise again we spoke with Brad and place the order at 12:08 pm on 2/5/10............ Well is is now 1:43pm and another called was placed with Brad and to get a exclamation of the service I stated that this order was place approxiately and 1hr and 1/2. He stated the driver should be there in a few minutes. As you can tell we are still waiting.



I am not sure about anyone else ever dealing with this type of service but, I am under the impression he really did not give a damn...............................



Ending to the suna is the driver delivered the pizza and had a attitude because he delivered a free pizza when confronted with the reasoning of his delay in deliver he referred to as his boss states it's a free pizza so time is not of essence.
