these people are real crooks state licensed,sell products with problems, when you complain you are to blame for the damage and also they are trying to sell another, I give it one star because I can not give you less, if you're wanting to throw your money then you see ufactory, also seems more a free market that a company that is respected, and yet the state of Florida allows all this theft

"Buyers Beware!"This company is a ripoff! They make you wait a half hour for part if don't have it. But if you need to return product the manager Roberts make up excuse that the part doesn't have their company name on it & refuse to give refund. No matter if you have receipt & product is in same package how you received it!!

Not one Star..... Scam to reel you in! Yes you might as well pay $90 for the radiator! Not the $40 radiator that they have in stock, by the way ounce you get there....whoops they don't have it in stock but will charge you $92 dollars to have it for you in 1//2 an hour to an hour! Ended up going to New Jersey Auto Parts 6251 Southwest 8th Street, West Miami - (305) 264-0221. Ounce lied too don't expect what else your going to get in the package from U-Factory. Never had a problem with New Jersey Auto Parts it'll be the cheapest parts you'll find in Miami with Warranty!
