The installation work is a bit haphazard and you need to watch them to make sure they do a good job. It came out alright, but only with my persistence. Follow up service is hit and miss. They did help with some items a month after install, but last summer the business owner did not return my calls for service for some problems I had about 1 year after install. I called several times and finally gave up and had to call someone else.

The worst service I have ever encounter. No call back, they do not keep appointment . Wrong diagnosis. I called another service center and paid extra for service because of the crappy service and lack of customer service.
