This place makes you feel like home .... the staff is absolutely great waiting time less than 10 minutes, the doctor id really helpful and understanding ... love this place prices are really cheap ...

La visita para cheque medico annual se ha convertido en toda una pesadilla. Me han cobrado los examines medicos que el seguro medico cubria en un 100% basado en argumentos falsos sobre el deducible. Hacer el reclamo es practicamente perder el tiempo. La persona encargada, nunca esta disponible telefonicamente y personamelmente siempre tiene la misma vaga respuesta. He pagado $300.00 por lo que el seguro medico cubria en su totalidad y la unica razon por la que use este centro medico fue por la cercania a mi nueva casa.

I called this clinic in Kendall and look what happened.

First of all pay attention to the clinic name "Urgent Family Care", the first person who answered the phone didn't know how to put me on hold, ... but he said: hold on a second and had me waiting for 6 minutes while I can hear them talking about "cortadito con leche evaporada, plus" and chismeando like nobody was waiting on the phone... after those 6 minutes "someone" got the phone and said: thank you for calling, can you hold please? and put me on hold for another 10 minutes so, when "someone" finally answered the phone she was like: "ALO" and I just said: never mind, do you really think I will put my health in ya'll hands??? No WAY!!

What an URGENT attention.... Que frustracion tener que lidiar con gente tan incompetente y falta de etica... verdaderamente no se como voy a poder!!

AND ON TOP OF ALL OF THIS I HAVE TO GIVE THEM AT LEAST ONE STAR TO BE ABLE TO POST THIS REVIEW.... NOT FAIR

If I could give NO stars I would. This place made us wait for 3 hours just to get a physical. Nurses were walking in and out the entire time we were waiting. And on top of that they say they close at 8 and at 7 the main doctor comes out (with purse in hand) to let us know she cannot see anymore patients! That they should've told us when we got there....3 hours ago... Worst place ever. Worst customer service. Worst everything.

The actual wait wasn't too bad but the doctor barely speaks English (!) , not friendly at all and negligent in checking symptoms when patient complaints about certain symptoms. Not to mention that they do unnecessary treatments/tests in order to pocket the money! The only good thing is that the visit is cheap but there again, we only get what we pay for!
