Provided by YP.comDo NOT move to this place unless you want to go insane. First floor units are especially horrible as they stink due to humidity (even with the A/C on).
Be prepared to be exposed to screaming, yelling, very loud music for HOURS and NONSTOP (sometimes until 4-5 am in the morning) if you rent a unit close to the pool, tennis court or the clubhouse.
When you complain, the clubhouse & the foster company give you the impression that they are on top of the problem but they do NOTHING to address your legitimate complaints and even give you an attitude if you complain again.
So-called neighbors are among the most inconsiderate people you will ever meet in your entire life. It's as if they used to live in a cave before moving here. They slam the steel doors even in the middle of the night so get ready to wake up jumping in your sleep at 3, 4 am.
Unit walls are so thin that you can literally hear people above you peeing at night.
The units are around 45 years old and are falling apart. There is ALWAYS repair going on and you will rarely enjoy a quiet time that you are entitled to by law.
They turn off the water on short notice so get ready to having to go to school or work without taking a shower.
Whenever it rains, the parking lot turns into a mini pool with water up to your calves.
I mean I can go on and on forever. You gotta live through it to know how bad it truly is here. Just don't make the mistake of moving here even if it is for a short period of time!

Provided by YP.comThere is no peace here. There is noise 7 days a week. landscapers, remodeling & maintenance men pressure cleaning everything. Normally such diligence is welcomed but what you learn when living here is the pool area where most of the work is being done is an acoustical nightmare. You can literally hear people speaking in normal tones as if they were outside on your balcony. Machinery noises are exponentially worse. The association is run by an arrogant & disrespectful man named Svarzman. He has no people skills & acts as if he owns the complex. He misspends funds on cosmetics touches while there are serious issues such as parking lot flooding & a leaky roof. Mold is prevalent throughout the complex. There are numerous foreclosed apts & squatters. There were 7 break ins in a 2 year period & nothing was said by the staff. People who live in the surrounding area & or used to live here use the facilities at will. I've encountered homeless men in the bathrooms & laundry rooms. There is dog feces everywhere. The main goal of the board is the business of spending maintenance fees. I believe there is widespread corruption but I have no proof. Water is shutdown anytime there is a plumbing work done because all the apts are connected plumbing wise. Luckily I'm only a renter. I feel sorry for those who own, some pay as much as $350 a month in fees. The Foster Company which has the contract to manage is a mess. They've installed relatives in key positions who are lazy and disrespectful. The only positive I can say about living here is its made me more determined to buy a single family home. I used to live on Kendall Dr, in a complex with 9 maintenance men. The noise was nothing compared to this complex.
