The tech taken my glasses measurements had the apparatus upside down, any body can make a mistake, when i went to pick up my glasses they had the wrong lenses, i have waited for 5 days now and the glasses are not ready the glentleman i had spoken to is never in the office to speak to him. This is just a horrible experience.
