I had wanted to visit this restaurant for the last few months after seen constant advertising on TV with delicious looking Cuban food...

Got there in the early diner time around 6 pm and noticed the place was empty.

Order the Ropa Bieja dish with white rice and black beans and Tostones, my wife order Breaded chicken white rice and Juca...

The ropa bieja was very average at best and the black beans where simply horrible, watery and tasted just like can beans...

Tostones tasted like they had been cooked in brake oil fluid...

My wife’s dish was even worse than mine..

The bill was not bad $40.00 for two and the service was ok..

Please don’t be fool like me by all of the marketing, this place is very average.

I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone; you can find better quality Cuban food in any small cafeteria in Dade County...

Great place for an authentic Cuban meal! I had the Chuletas and my daughter had the Ropa Vieja. The service was fast and courteous and the food was delicious. They serve their sodas from a bottle which makes them taste so much better. I was also very pleased when we got the check, under $25. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.

excellent food and service, great experience overall, have never been disappointed yet and have been there many times through the years
