Just had my first and last experience at the was house laundromat in little river. They have a huge sign that reads ".75 a pound" outside heir shop. You get inside and its .89 this should have been a red flag, but I was desperate to get some Laundry done.



They make you feel like they hate you just for coming in and trying to give them business. As I said I was desperate, so I gave them my laundry, asked how long it would be in Spanish: "one hour to one hour and a half, give or take, maybe less, but not more". ok. They said they would text when done. I thank them and told them I really needed it under 2 hours, no problem they said.

4 and a half hours later. I call the shop, no answer. I drive back over and ask if my laundry is done, the lady, clearly very annoyed, points to the drier and then says "did I text you?" Aggressively. "No" I say. "Well then it isn't done". Wow. Ok. I said I thought you told me under 2 hours, "I was busy". Haha okey dokey, thanks a lot!

THIS IS THE BEST LAUNDRY IN THE LITTLE HAITI AREA. IT IS TIME TO GET SOMETHING WITH THIS HIGH QUALITY, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICES AND A CLEAN PLACE TO WASH MY CLOTHES. PRICES ARE THE LOWEST IN THE AREA AND IF I AM IN A RUSH, THEY OFFER A GREAT DEAL IN WASH & FOLD.... ONLY $0.75 PER POUND WITH SAME DAY SERVICE. ******* I CAN NOT BE HAPPIER!!!!!!!!!! THEY EVEN PULL YOUR CLOTHES OUT OF YOUR CAR...... WHAT A SERVICE.!!!!
