I was very disappointed in the customer service. My customer service representative was Shameer. He dropped the ball twice on the permit. I received a letter from Miami-Dade permit stating that the permit was about to expire. I talked to Shameer about the matter and he said that the would take care of it the first thing the next morning. By mid-day the next day, I had still not heard from him. When I called him he was very argumentative rather than apologetic. He could have defused the situation by apologizing rather than making it worse by arguing with me.

The price I was charged was $2,000.00 more than the previous year. There was a very good review on yellow pages for this Co. so I believed that they would do a very good job for me. I wish now that I had gotten so more estimates.
