Just got swindled Was told the credit card reader didn't work, so must pay cash. Of course, it went thru on my bank statement. Sleezy driver do not use!

I would NEVER recommend this company. I left a item in the back of a cab. ( which was my fault.) however I called immediately and they claimed it wasn't in the cab. I believe the driver found it and wasn't honest enough to return it. Remember, what goes around comes around.

This service needs to be put out of business

This was my 2nd bad experience with this this taxi service. First, in December 2013, the driver, who took me to my destination, promised to pick me up later that day. Naturally he didn't show.

This morning at 7:30 am I was told the cab would pick me up in 15 to 20 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes I phoned again and was told the taxi would be there in a few more minutes. My third call at ca. 8:30 am finally produced a taxi at 8:50 am - 1 hour and 20 minutes. Do I have to say any more?

Zero stars actualy! Was told 10 to 15 minutes. Was called by the driver and said he was stuck in traffic, ok. An hour and 15 minutes later called him. He told me he received notice that it was canceled. Called the company, they showed no cancelation. Needless to say, 2 hours later I'm still at home, no ride or service. I will never use this company again, I work for Publix Supermarkets and always have customers ask to call for a cab. Not going to call thos number and will encourage everyone I know not to use it. They have ruined my night out with my wife which I do not get the opportunity to go out with her all the time. Completely unacceptable service!
