In September 2012 Telephonetics called to have us dispatch a technician to install a Music On Hold device to a system at a local RR Donnelly location. We arrived to find they needed another connector part and since this wasn't a system we worked on very often we had to order it. We confirmed with Telephonetics that it was ok to order the part, did so and dispatched our technician about a week later to install it. He arrived to find another company had already been there, installed the needed part and the Music on Hold system. We contacted Telephonetics about the issue and they said to send them the part & the invoice & they would pay for it. We did that & as of 2/27/13 after contacting them no fewer than 7 times, our invoice for $238.00 remains unpaid. Sandra Rodriguez is not responding to our inquiries.



Beware sub-contractors! Don't be taken advantage of as we were!
