Provided by YP.compoor customer service, they are extremely rude and no one wants to seem to help you. I went to pick up a package and one person said they are not sure where the package was by just looking at the notice didn't even attempted to go look and pass me on to the next person who claimed they didn't work on that and passed me on to another person. each person was just as rude as the next. on the day my package was supposed to be delivered I was home waiting package and they never came. the package was scanned left at front door which wasn't and I found notice in mailbox to go pick up at post office. HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!! PLAIN RUDE ONCE YOU GET THERE
