THIS MANAGEMENT IS THE WORST SCAM CONS ARTIST RENTAL APARTMENT MANAGEMENT I HAD DEALT WITH IN MY LIFE, FOR 7 YEARS OF LIVING HERE SINCE 2007 TILL NOVEMBER 1ST 2014, TOO MUCH ROACHES AND MANY CATS AND NOT VERY GOOD CONDITIONED BUILDING APARTMENT, FLOOR GET CRACK AND NEVER GOT PEST GUY CAME HERE TO FIX THE ROACHES PROBLEMS, ALSO THE MANAGEMENT LIKES TO RENT TO DRUG DEALERS AND MANY TIMES MIAMI BEACH POLICE OFFICERS CAME HERE AT THE APARTMENTS, LOT OF PROBLEMS GOING ON. I RECOMMAND TO ANYONE WHO HAVE SECTION.8 VOUCHERS, PLEASE DO NOT RENT THE APARTMENTS FROM THIS MANAGEMENT AT ALL!! ALSO FOR NON-SECTION.8 VOUCHERS PLEASE DO NOT RENT THE APARTMENTS FROM THIS MANAGEMENT AT ALL!!! THEY CONS YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY AND RUNAWAY WITH YOUR MONEY!!! LOT OF MIAMI BEACH COMPLIANCE OFFICERS CAME HERE AND WROTE MANY MANY MANY MANY THOUSANDS OF COMPLIANCE VIOLATIONS ON THIS MANAGEMENT!!!

A complete nightmare to deal with. I moved out two months ago and I still have not gotten my deposit back. I filed a complaint with the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and consumer services. There was a massive bee hive right outside of my living room window, the tile and grout in the bathroom was rotting away literally smelling and turning into black mush that clogged the tub, they did not replace a tile for over a year, the cheap particle board kitchen and linoleum tiles were stained and cracking. I had to call repeatedly about the lighting in the stairs and my dog was bitten by a bee. Finally the roof started leaking and I moved out Memorial day weekend. It is now 8/10/13 and I have not gotten my deposit back or even heard from them. I called 2xs every week for five weeks before sending a certified letter to Lewis Swezy. I still haven't gotten a response.
