I had a problem with a product i bought so i went to the website and tried to find contacts... i found an email address but no phone number. I emailed the problem and about 3 weeks later got a real and it was just a short answered response.. so then i email gain and got the automated response and and about a month later got other results. Eventually it came down to having to send my PS2 in with the Screen i bought from them. I sent in febuary 18 and was sent to a ''Incorect Address'' and then says Recipient moved. I look on and it was redirected to their new building. now 3 months later after getting NO respones what so ever... i tried to find the. I went to google and found there website. I then Went to Costumer Service Tab and it was a BIG BLANK BOX... i then went to Partners and guess what A BIG BLANK BOX. So since i couldnt find the address i went to stores where they sell the products. They had no info... so i found the Address Via packege tracker and Yellow Paged and found the basterd's and of course it just keep ring and ringing..... then stops.... So they have about $150 of my stuff and a cant get them... SO all i have to say is if you want real help with products u buy from Intec u are better off asking a stranger.
