Hola, he estado llamando mas de 5 veces para saber el precio de la manguera de power stiring , y me pelotean de un lugar a otro y cuando me sale alguien del departamento de partes, es en ingles y cuando le pido a alguien en espanol, me deja en la linea y despues me cuelgan. Desafortunadamente este dealer con semejante servisio al cliente va a la quiebra.

The worst experience. I went to them to buy a Chevrolet Express Commercial Cutaway 3500 Van. Jorge A Cardoza my salesman told me that I am not eligible for the Business Choice up to $1,200 upfit cash, two days after when I informed him that he was wrong, the unconvinced salesperson asked me to show them their own webpage which was a bit weird but still OK, after I explained to the managers and the General Manager Got different answers to my questions, never on same page, they told me that the Business Choice cash offers was put like a rebate on the deal, never discussed on the deal or approved by me, they should let me know of the circumstances and allowing me to make the decision whether to put or not. I will never go to that dealer again and will not refer any of my family, friends and co-workers as well.

Stay Away from this place, I was interested in a vehicle and was reached by the receptionist in used cars, after speaking with her to make arrangements to test drive the vehicle. I reconfirmed with her that the vehicle was still there at the lot. She told me that it was still there, and she assured me that it was in the front of the dealer that I would see it pulling up. approx 3:30 pm Friday, October 2nd. I informed her I will heading over now, from Cutler Bay, depending on traffic will take me a while, with my family in tow it took me another hour in a half to arrive. When I get there I was given to a salesman which had me waiting for 15 minutes to tell me that he had bad news that the car was just sold.



Of course I was upset of what was told to me, not so much that the car was sold. Rather that I was misled to believe that it was there to get me through the door. The staff has no compassion for the customers time. The car was sold 2 days prior to me arriving, I know, because I had someone else call to find out after I left the dealer. During the time I was inquiring about the vehicle, I expressed 100% interest in purchasing after test driving and seeing it in person. Especially knowing I had already been approved by my bank and had them standing by upon inspecting the car. Not only making me go through this but also my wife and 2 daughters. Didn't even have the common courtesy to call me to let me know of the circumstances and allowing me to make the decision whether to go or not. It took us another 2 hours to get home because of rush hour traffic.I will never go to that dealer again and will not refer any of my family, friends and co-workers as well. The company lacks professionalism, honesty and compassion. I'm a firm believer, You don't have a second chance, for a first impression. You have been Warned!

The service that we got was amazing, starting from the person that called us Carol from the manager Omar when we got there and finishing ofg from the sales person Mayra. We have gone to tons of dealers throughout the year and it's a truly tiring experience but with this dealer they understood everything g we wanted and really got everything done quickly. The whole process took like 3 hours when in other dealers it has taken us as 6

hours. In love with our new car and will be going there again in the future. Exceptional service and overall experience.

Recently bought a car from miami lakes Kia. All of the guys are professional. Especially ask for Ismael. He is polite knowledgable and has just best communication skills!!!! A good guy!

I went to them to buy a KIA. My credit rating is EXCELLENT, but after being in the dealer for

over 5 hours, they took advantage that my blood pressure was HIGH my salesperson showed me

a piece of paper with the amount of the vehicle, and SOMEONE changed the numbers that we had

negotiated in the sales office. There are plenty of honest, well-intentioned car-dealer sales person and personnel... but there are also plenty that aren't. Miami Lakes Automall 305-558-2400 will tell you anything to sell you a car. I have tried to contact the sales person MAYRA RUIZ & JESUS FRANCOS trying to find a resolution, but they have ignored me completely.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY LIE, and they try to hide stuff! Avoid them like the plague.

were not honest with me, sold me a crashed car that could only go to auction, do not show me the real CARFAX car. Perhaps because it applied Brazilian me a blow that just found out now that I change cars !!!

Great experience. I came in and was browsing the lot and within about 5-10 minutes Luis Guedez came out to greet me. He was very friendly and not at all pushy, listened to all the options I wanted and found me a great car. I expected to get a Chevrolet and ended up in a Kia which I am totally in love with! They helped make my payments reasonable. Didn't have to do the normal back and fourth haggle. Over all it was great service and I am very happy with my new car!

After ten years in the Northeast without a car, Mayra Ruiz and the whole team at Miami Lakes Automall (Kia) made the entire process a pleasure. They were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and honest, and treated me like family although I had just met them that morning. Mayra especially bent over backwards and was in communication with me all day helping with both the financing and the insurance. Best attitude, amazing customer service, would recommend to everyone!!

I've wanted a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited for as long as I could remember.
