This place is horrible! They are the biggest scam artist. I did my taxes with them for the past 2 years, I always give them a voided check and file electronically, how convenient that every year they call me a week after filing telling me it can't be done electronically and I need to pay them $200 something upfront, I dealt with this 2 years already and not dealing with this issue again, according to them their system is having problems so I need to pay upfront.. how is that my fault? I would give them NO STARTS but unfortunately since I have to make a selection il pick 1 star, they don't bother even talking to you, you walk in they take your paper work and they take it to people in the back to prepare your taxes and then bring it back to you for you to sign and god knows what they put there, they put a load of stuff for you to get money back, and my friend just got audited because of them.
