Terrible company-they didn't send us all of our order. We're now out over $160 worth of shirts.

I was charged $282.62 for product that was never received. They promised to ship next week for four months - then quit responding to emails. Call them on the phone - forget it, you get a message the voice mail box is full. The company is a complete scam. I am sorry to say I did not check them out before ordering

This is the worst place I have ever ordered from. First they got my design coloring wrong and now it has taken them more than seven months to fix their problem. You can never speak to a live agent, the mail box is always full and they never return your emails, and when they do they always have an excuse. It it the most disgraceful company I have ever purchased from. DO NOT waste your time and money. I wish I could give this company a negative star review!! BEWARE!!! This company has so many complaints, and the complaints only seem to increase by the minute! DO NOT use this awful company!!!

I have ordered a shirt which has not been delivered after 4 months. The Miami Better Business Bureau has received 366 complaints, almost 200 of which are related to delivery. Their voicemail is full, they don't answer the phone, and their listed street address has been vacated. If you have been scammed by these people, go to , register and post a rating, please!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! I WAS SCAMMED! I tried everything report to the BBB, rip off report, emails after emails to them, voice mails. I ordered two shirts from them in october of 2014 it is now January 2015. They said they ran out of ink... okay a T shirt printing company that runs out of ink? Ok so I patiently waited... I still did not receive my shirts... So I asked for a refund.. They stop responding to my endless e-mails and voicemails. They didn't want to refund my money. I cannot belive a business could do this... is there anything else I could do to shut them down? Please help.

NO STARS IF I COULD! Terrible, terrible company. I ordered 13 shirts and 2 hoodies. All 13 shirts were burned, had holes or were completely misshapen. Ordered in July, they finally shipped in November but have NEVER shipped the hoodies!!!! I've been trying to get a refund ever since!! They don't answer emails and when they do they never follow through. You can't call them. DO NOT BUY FROM SKYLINE SHIRTS. I reported them to the BBB and even the BBB can't get a hold of them. On an A+ - F on the BBB, they rate an F! They lie, they steal, they SUCK!!!!!

Skyline Shirts. BEAWARE!! This company is a scam. I ordered one sweatshirt in 10/2014 & now almost 01/2015, & I have still never received my order. They immediately charged my credit card in 10/2014. The main # 1-800-592-1522 will prompt you to pick SALES, CUSTOMER SERVICE, TRACK YOUR ORDER, & OPERATOR. You press any of the 4 requests & ALL will say "SORRY MAILBOX FULL". The Other Phone # they gave me to talk with a Customer Service Rep is a fax line. If your lucky enough to get an email back they first make excuses why your order is late, & then tell you "sorry for all the complications your credit card will be refunded in 10 to 20 businesses days". Well it's been 30 days & they have not refunded my money on credit card.

How can you rate someone with such bad service. Order two items on Sept 30. Order was supposed to be in by Oct 17. Still have not received order. Many emails back and forth. Call service never got through.

Our coach ordered the same items plus extras. She emailed and threatened them and got half her order.

I ordered a zip up and leggings. Was told the design couldn't be processed because of the design. But it's funny how our coach got the same design on the same zip up. But the got her's done.

Just asked for a refund so we will see how long it takes to get that back. I demanded that get it to me by a certain date.

I don't know how a company can take your money before even processing your order.

Will never order from them again.

SKYLINE T-SHIRTS GET A BIG ZERO! They talking about the "INK CARTRIDGES" HAS NOT ARRIVED! Liars! There's no customer service available or anywhere you can leave a message! It's been two months and I still haven't receive my shirts! My patients has run out! I am reporting this company to BBB! It's best to stick with VISTA PRINT AND CUSTOM INK! Atleast My Shirts Get Delivered!

0 STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!TERRIBLE- No Customer Service WHAT SO EVER.. Order 30 shirts for a function NEVER delivered as promised!

I wish I could give this company ZERO stars! First of all my shirts did arrive however they didn't even say what they were supposed to. I called, emailed, everything and NO ANSWER! This is the worst company to deal with! Don't ever order from them!!!!!!

Not even one star! Horrible company! DO NOT buy from!! 3 months no shirt, no refund when asked many times, no returned emails, no answered phone called (voice mail always full) Fraud website!!! A shirt company that has no ink? for real? Had to contact BBB and my bank to file against them. I waited 3 months nicely but my kindness was taken for granted! Just refund my money! I get told two more weeks, three more weeks, another month...Then no more emails in return to mine asking where my order is...You all better give me my money back I'm not playing any longer. Stealing money from people is bad and this person won't accept it! Give people their money back you fraud!

Rip off. Placed an order for one shirt on July 16. My credit card was charged the same day. I was told the shirt would arrive by August 4. On August 5, when I still had not received the shirt, I left a voicemail (since every call goes directly to voicemail) and emailed. The next day I received an email stating the shirt would arrive in 2-3 weeks. I requested a refund and have heard NOTHING from the company...despite me emailing and/or calling them every day. I should have done my homework before doing business with them, as there are MANY poor reviews online AND multiple reports with the Better Business Bureau.

Placed an order a month ago! still hasn't even shipped, was told it would be here by now when I placed the order. This is extremely unsatisfactory. I can only imagine what the shirts are actually going to look like if this is how they do business. At this point I would not recommend them nor will I ever use them again!

Ordered shirts a month in advance. 3 weeks later contacted them to ensure I was getting them. Somehow the shirts were not in stock. Picked other shirts and was told there's no way to deliver in a week's time. Complete waste of time.
