I booked a room 30 minutes before arrival through Trip Advisor and quickly realized we were 30 minutes passed the hotel.
Seven minutes later I online canceled and called the hotel but, the hotel decision maker refused to cancel.

I am now being charged the full price. I am are very sad they refused to make an exception and have put money ahead of people.

Experiencing their lack of care for people and not doing what is right for the customer will result in our family not using any Days Inn hotel.

The e-mail Response I received was:
“You have to read online before you book this is not hotel or management fault have good luck with writing reviews online anywhere you are most welcome”

I hope you will join me in my boycott and stay away from Days Inn in Miami, Oklahoma.
