I wish I could rate negative stars. Nothing but trouble with my 2011 RAM 3500. I have been charged out the Ying Yang for multiple problems I've had since July. Problems too numerous to list. Now they told me they can't fix it and suggest I trade it in for a 2012. I'd be more than happy to trade it in but my loan would be so upside down for a truck that is a significant downgrade. The way the dealership talks to me makes my feel it's my fault for all the problems. In fact they got upset because I gave them a low rating on questionnaire Dodge sent me. I'm so flustered I'm about ready to trade it in for a Ford.
