I went to Walgreens to get some ointment for my new tattoo and the cashier lady was super helpful and I didn’t have enough for the ointment I needed so she pulled out money from her own pocket and said “it’s important, I hear it helps plenty” and paid for the extra which was only a dollar but very much appreciated! It really gave me a bit more hope in humanity. Give her a raise!

Walgreen pharmacy in Miami has a huge problem. I have had the same script filled every month and the price changes from $26 to $88 on the same scripts. They keep changing their prices or just charge you what they feel like depending on the day. They also keep saying that my deductibles are much higher than they are. They claim $12000deductible when my deductible is $6000. I have told them repeatedly to correct in their system and they won't. I called cooperate to complain and cooperate tried to intimidate me and threaten me. I can see why Walgreens is in litigation all the time. Every Walgreens in Missouri is under investigation due to false advertising, over charging folks. They dispensed an inhaler that failed and refused to replace it. I was standing in their with a full blown asthma attack and not one person in that pharmacy offered me any type of assistance. They did not offer to call ambulance, they did not offer me a chair or even a drink of water, they just walked away and ignored me. How is that "Helping me be well". That's there famous quote when they answer the phone but they do not care one little bit about any of their customers. Cooperate always promises to "get to the bottom of this" but they don't. They promise to call me to explain how it can be resolved and they never do. I don't even think they really write up a complaint.They just try to tell you what they think you want to hear and then blow you off. One of the techs in Miami, OK Walgreens went so far as to talk to someone about my conditions and the meds I'm on. That is illegal under the privacy act. I know they divulged this info because the person the divulged my info to was my 18 year old Grand Daughter, I am in process of talking with the D.A. regarding these issues. I had scripts filled a while back and they knew I had prescription discount card and ran it through at full price. Ha Ha . I caught that immediately and had them run in through correctly and it saved me over $35. I just wonder how many other folks they do this to. How do you answer to the tax man when this is done on a regular basis. Could it be you are cooking your books? I know that their was a Walgreens in Florida that was selling narcotics out the back door to drug dealers and addicts. Major problems with Walgreens folks.DISREGAURD THIS COMPLAINT . It has been resolved in store and It was a misunderstanding on my part. I have problems understanding things due to illness and it was my mistake not Walgreen, So sorry for any confusion. Thank you
