Almost two years ago, my husband and I bought two 'elec." recliners. His first one broke after 2 months! We came to Miami and told a man about it and he said they had another one made and ready to deliver. My hudbands first one was "brown leather'. but then they delivered the second one, it was a tan one and it too has already fallen apart and the 'vinyl"has already worn off in places! The right side has begun to lean so bad he can hardly sit in it for fear of falling. It was a "Lane" recliner. we called the Neosho store where we bought both our new ones the first time and they never would do anything! We paid over $1,000 for the two of them!!! We're in our 80's and can't understand why they never made things right!! They lied about it being leather when they deliverd the second one but the two guy who delivered it said it was leather. My husband is only 5 ft 9 and weights 140 lbs...so is not a big man. Bill and Donna Marcus, Seneca, Mo.
