Worst place ever! Ordered a IPhone two months ago and when I arrived for the phone there was NO PHONE! Then the owner refused to give me a refund. Had to call police to get my full refund which he claimed he didn't have to give me. Smh terrible customer service and owner is a LIAR NEVER BELIEVE HIM!!! I was patient with him in still got screwed. Stay away from this business it's NO BUENO!!!!!!

These people are very shady. I purchased a cell phone above retail from them. The following day after I did some research I wanted to return the phone and they are not compliant with the law which says that there must be a sign posted near the point of sale, (not on the door) and a recipe is not a valid way of informing customers because it is after the fact. Despite me educating them they would only fight me and insist all sales are final so I was stuck with my crappy phone I paid ABOVE RETAIL for.

All wireless and repairs was excellent. They repairs my daughter tablet and my IPad really good, on a few day's.

I went to All Wireless several months ago for a broken glass, they replaced it quickly and I got a new type of cover.

Fast, easy, competent.

I went back today, phone much worse off. He put on a whole new face (I-phone6), not just the glass, plus a new harder safer cover.

GREAT STAFF, GREAT STORE. HAD AN OVER ALL GOOD EXPERIENCE. WOULD RECOMMEND TO FRIENDS ITS CLOSE TO MY NEIGHBORHOOD

Beware !!! Dishonest people ! They are rude and your phone will end up in worse shape !!! A total scam artist !

Was really frustrated and sad when my cellphone broke. Good thing that the repair man helped me and get my phone working as new!

Avoid this place they repair phones with cheap parts,the costumer service doesn't exist there,they are rude ,incompetent and they really dont know how to do business

Do not go to this place. The heavy set guy does not what he is doing. I went there to change the camera on my Iphone and my service plan to Net10. He said there would be no problems. First, the camera he replaced is of very low quality, not the same as the one the phone had. When I brought it to his attention he said there is nothing he could do and he did not give any refunds. In addition, when he switched my service plan to Net10 he said that I could upgrade the software and if the phone locked (since it was software unlocked) itself again it would not be a problem because with Net10 it did not need to be unlock. He was wrong. In order for the Net10 data to work the phone needs to be unlocked. When I informed him of this he wanted to charge me to unlock the phone. I could not believe the audacity of this guy when it was his fault that the phone locked itself again because he was the one that told me to upgrade the software and that it would not be a problem. Of course I did not pay him. I did some research online and found out that AT&T has a request form online to have any Iphone factory unlock for FREE; you just have to be or have been a previous AT&T customer. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, this guy does not know what he is doing and when you inform him of his mistakes he is very rude and DOES NOT HAVE ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL.

GREAT PLACE IN MIAMI. They fix all major cellphone brands, including Apple, Blackberry, HTC, Samsung, Nokia and many more. They Repaired my Ipad that my daughter dropped and was in pieces. I would recommend, friendly staff, great prices and its so convenient. because its close to home.
