A business is tested at times when the customer is in a bind. I'm sorry to say that they are not only unpleasant and Un-accommodating but lack a basic business courtesy. There are no hours mentioned on the storefront or the receipt. On yelp, it said they open at 7 am and I had to pick up something that early because my husband had to leave for the airport. I also had my daughter waiting to be dropped at school. I got their at 7:20 ( well after 7 am) and the lady was just opening up. She closed the door on me ( I'm a female with a receipt in my hand and several people are around --- )... Which I thought was rude; she even told me to stay outside until she had settled herself. She could've done it in a courteous way and I guess I should forget about them smiling at that ungodly hour !!!!! For the $6:50 I paid per shirt for an express wash service !!! I am NEVER going back there again. They don't care about you and are sour face on top. There are plenty cleaners in town :)) I would give ZERO stars
