Provided by YP.comI've had my car for just a little over a month, and the car is already falling apart as we speak. First, let me say, the customer service was excellence. The process was easy, fast, and efficient. No complaints there. Friendly people, upbeat attitudes.
My car was put in the shop for 4 days after 3 weeks of having the car. Here is the scary part: I took the car in b/c the tires needed air (all 4 of them) every 30 miles, so I wanted to see if it was an alignment issue. I also was alarmed by a clicking noise coming from the engine. There was also some electric problems -- sounded like a CD disk opening and closing all the time. I go to one of their approved "mechanics" and find out my entire water pump needs replaced ("it's leaking like a SOB" - -that was his EXACT words), and a radiator fan under the hood broke, which was still running minutes after the car was turned off! There were other minor things, as well. I was w/out a car for 4 days. Again -- only 3 weeks after purchase.
To make matters worse, the mechanic told me that the "clicking" noise was normal. Well... since then, it's gotten worse. It's so bad, and this is no exaggeration, I have to BLAST the radio just to drown out the sound. I paid out of pocket to have my own family mechanic look at my tires, and they told me the tires were totally shot. So I'm going to have to replace the two front ones on my own. I don't know what to do about the clicking sound...
Drive Time's "mechanic" only covered the water pump and fan. They did NOT cover my tires, and the electric (which is frighteningly bad), and this damn clicking noise -- which sounds like the engine is about to fall out (no lie!)

Provided by YP.comI can not speak highly enough about Courtney. She is one of the lady's that will get the tags for you. She has gone above and beyond to help us with obtaining our tags after we had some issues. She is the sweetest person and we are soooo thankful for her professionalism! She is a true asset to Drivetime! I hope they are showing her much appreciation! As far as the vehicle we purchased from the miamisburg store. We love it! (Dodge Ram 1500 4X4) We had a couple of issues with it when we first bought it, but the insurance took care of it with no problems at all!

Provided by YP.comRun and run far away from this place. We purchased a vehicle on Feb 10, 2015, and it was in the show on march 1st. It needed a new water pump, radiator and radiator hoses. We got the car back on March 4th and it started smoking really bad and making funny noises. Towed it to the shop and only 3 of the 6 cylenders on the engine were working. It needed to get a new engine!!! WTF!! So it sat in the shop for 3 1/2 weeks because Averex (the warrantee company) wanted to "investigate" what was going on with the vehicle. They had to send an agent down to inspect the vehicle and make a report on what needed to be done. The whole engine needed to be replaced. This whole time, we had 30 day tags on the car. I have been very disappointed this whole experience with Drive time. And their customer service isn't any better. If you can help it...RUN FAR AS HELL FROM THIS COMPANY! I don't understand how they can even sell a vehicle to anyone without getting it inspected.
