My experience was outstanding. I had several pieces of jewelry I'd not worn in years and Zack and his team used stones from my jewelry to make 3 beautiful custom pieces which I will wear often. I was most impressed with their patience (as I was quite indecisive initially); their follow up; and the personal attention given to me. I simply could not have asked for a better experience.
