My experience was great PJ Jain was a excellent salesperson he let us look around then when I needed help he was there for me bought me a new couch

We bought a $3000 leather sectional November 2014, when it was delivered it had two bad spots in the leather, but we didn't want to wait for the replacement- so we said it was fine and kept it. By January 2015 one piece of the sectionals frame was broken, by June 2015 two sections had broken frames, my husband contacted them because this $3000 came with a LIFETIME warranty on the frame, at this time the couch was not even a year old so the fact it broke was really ridiculous and crappy quality- but It is now JULY 2016 and Kings has still not fixed our problem, and will not contact us back! We have zero faith in this couch and brand so the store manager said it could be replaced or a store credit for a new couch- neither of those things have happened and its been 11 months of dealing with this awful store. We have submitted a complaint to the BBB and they ignored them too! I wouldnt recommend this store to anyone-their owner does not care about their customers or back their products!

Great quality furniture, excellent and honest service, and great prices. We've been buying our furniture here for years and have loved everything about it. I highly recommend King's Furniture!

This is by far the worst furniture store I have ever dealt with. I was told 4-6 weeks for my couch to be delivered. They were rude when I ordered it and rude when I called to check the status 4 weeks later. It has now been 7 1/2 weeks and they are still telling me another 1-3 weeks! I told them I was sick of waiting and wanted my money back because I could go pick up a couch from a different store and have it TODAY! Of course they told me I can't cancel a special order so I'm stuck dealing with these idiots!!! Don't ever buy from King's Furniture!

They are very unprofessional and money hungry scam artist. Once they take your money, they don't care about what happens afterwards. I will never shop at Kings again. They deserve a zero!!! One star is being too nice.

Terrible customer service. Do not buy their warranty as they are impossible to get a hold of to come look at your furniture. I will never shop there again. Manager is very cocky with no sympathy for their mistakes. wish I could rate a zero !

I have bought numerous items from the Beavercreek store. They are great to deal with and two of the best delivery and set up employees I have ever met! I highly recommend using this store and I plan to in the future. Very professional!

Thumbs down. Horrible manager, staff. Don't buy here. Couch broke 7 mos. Won't fix. Threaten my 70 yr old parents to not call store again. HORRIBLE! !!!!!
