Provided by YP.comI've been going to Msbg Family practice for well over 20 years. I've always had great results. I have a few visits where I saw a Dr (one who is no longer there) who wanted a holistic approach when I had my 2-3 sinus infections, no antibiotics. I ended up missing work& sick & had to come back & was given antibiotics which cured it. I would not reduce the entire practice's rating on one doctor's opinion to attempt to let my body heal a more natural way. It didn't work & I just didn't see that one again. No biggie. I consider my care at this practice to be excellent (not suburb) overall and that's all I expect.

Provided by YP.comI will not even give this practice a 1 STAR!! Horrible, Terrible Doctor and staff. Sarah Hussain has incompetent MA's who call with test results and do not have any idea as to what they are saying to you. My husband was told that he needed an ultrasound, had the ultrasound, called and called for results and a week later, was called regarding different results. He inquired as to the ultrasound results and was told by MA Amber that he had an abdominal aortic aneurysm. When he inquired as to what this meant she said he needed a CT and that Dr Hussain would call him with more details. That never happened. 2 days later and I am going round and round with this circus when I found out from our corporate benefits / HR VP for a fortune 150 company that MA Sarah had sent the wrong patient file with my husbands ultrasound results. In fact MA Sarah called my husband yesterday, admitted to this being her fault (although to the extent of the error she never told us) and jokingly told my husband "Don't worry - we aren't going to let you die today." If you want extremely subpar care then go here! I WOULD FEEL BETTER GOING TO A WALGREENS WALK IN. At least you know you will see a real nurse!!!! Still waiting on Dr Hussain to do a peer to peer review which is a phone call from her so that my husband can receive care for something that could kill him at any given moment.

Provided by YP.comStay away. I'd give it 0 stars but I don't have the option. They lie to you about how they collect bills and will negatively send reports to credit agencies, despite telling you that will never happen. They lose transactions also, then make you pay it a 2nd time... or risk a credit hit when they report you. I'd rather pay an Urgent Care Doctor to diagnose a runny nose than pay them for anything serious. The office staff is so incompetent I'm amazed they find their way to the office in the morning without getting lost.

Provided by YPmobileI came to this office in 2010 because this is where my fiancé was seeing his family doctor. In the beginning they seemed to be able to get us in and see us within a timely manner, but after the initial visit they are just down right RUDE! As soon as you walk in the oh so pleasant receptionist (sarcasm) usually isn't at her desk, then makes it apparent that it is ok who is interrupting her social time. Instead of "hello" or "hi, how are you" you get "what's the name?" You sit, on average, 45-50 min for your appointment and you're usually the only one in the waiting room due to the "decrease in patient volume" (that's why you can't get an appointment within a week or two). Then the doctors, also make it apparent that you are a bother during their 7 hour work day. It's just ridiculous and their hospitality is non existent .. We are certainly looking to hire a new family doctor for our family!!!!!!

Provided by YP.comI have been to Miamisburg Family Practice a few times. When I first went there I wanted them as my family doctor. After that I only went there while I was looking for another one. They are the rudest doctors/nurses I have ever came across. Anytime I had to deal with them was a HUGE pain in the rear end. I would never refer anyone to this office. I'm positive any doctor's office you can find will be better then this one. I asked for a referral to a psychiatrist, because I have extreme anxiety and the doctor told me,"Not to many Psychiatrist take CareSource and I will not waste my time looking for a referral." If you have CareSource you know to see any specialist, you have to have a referral from a family doctor.
