Absolutely terrible. I requested a formal quote for lawn service for the then upcoming mowing season, after the lawn service I had been using for years went out of business. Swordfish visited my house and said they'd prepare a quote for me. Around the same time, I called another company and also requested a quote to compare prices. Swordfish never sent me an quote. Fast forward two months, and I received a bill for $50 for lawn mowing, edging, and blowing my yard. I was confused because one, I never received a quote, two, I never agreed to start service, and three, I had already engaged the services of another lawn care company - who was mowing my lawn. I called to find out what was going on - and their rep stated that I had signed up, and they had mowed my lawn. I insisted that I had only asked for a quote, and that on top of that, another company was already mowing my lawn (I had a spring clean up by that company approximately a week before Swordfish's service date). The rep said they wouldn't be able to help with the bill, and I demanded to speak to the owner. They hung up on me. About a week later, I received a "past due" bill from Swordfish, and again called the company and asked to speak to the owner. It took me three more calls before I finally got in touch with anyone, and the owner was incredibly rude but finally realized they had made a mistake. They never said sorry. They were basically acting like I had done something wrong for asking for a quote.

Just wanted to say Swordfish Lawn Service does a great job everytime they come out to mow. Very friendly, trustworthy, and would highly recomend.

They do a great job everytime they mow. They show up every week whey there suppose to, and on time. they are good people and dont take shortcuts. They are very worthy of this review, I have referred them to all my friends and family.

I had the same lawn guy for 8 years and out of no where he decided to get out of the business. A relative of mine told me about Swordfish Lawn Service. I called him up he came out that day and gave me a better price then what I had been paying, with the same quility if not better each and every time he cuts. I would definitly give him a call.

I hired Swordfish Lawn Service to come out and do a spring cleanup on my beds, edge, and put mulch down. They did a great job. When my mower broke I called them right away. They gave me a great price and do a fantastic job everytime !! I would definitly recommend them for all your lawncare needs.
