Every time I do a to go order it is always wrong they take the order but do not listen to instructions

First and last time at this place! I will not be returning. The food (including the tortilla chips) and plates were cold (even though they have CAUTION HOT PLATE signs everywhere). I ordered the carnita dinner and the meat was so tough I couldn't even eat it. The ONLY thing I liked was the Long Island Ice Tea I ordered. Very disappointing for the amount of money spent.

This Place is Great Had party of 6 and not one of us was unsatisfied, Great Margaritas, and even better food. and very reasonably priced we all had big dinners and with 4 margaritas and couple of Pops bill was only about $85. also order side of cheese sauce with your corn chips cant go wrong.
