I called about 9:15AM Monday morning, explaining that the torsion spring had broken and needed replaced. Chris said he would be here between 1:00 and 3:00 pm. He arrived at 12:45PM. He replaced the springs and even fixed a gap in the rubber trim that was letting cold air in. A very quick repair at a very fair price. I could not be any more pleased with the service provided. Jason was great to work with! A delivery driver drove through our garage door and he came out the next day, got us an estimate, and placed a support on the door to make it usable until we could get it fixed. He got our door ordered as soon as we got our check and had it installed promptly. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Jason and his team came out to fix a faulty opener. We started talking a bit about home automation and I found out that they carried some solutions for garage doors. His team got everything setup and walked me through how to use it in a very efficient manner. Now, with ease, I can check my phone to ensure I didn't leave the garage door open, or I can let people in without them needing a key. Thanks McDoors!

Jason was incredibly easy to deal with and the team was out on-site in a timely manner. They were able to find me the exact wood-look doors I wanted and get them installed below two other quotes.

Horrible customer service . They dont return calls as they say or even show when they say. If you Want your garage fixed and a estimate in a timely manner I suggest looking for a better company . They will have you waiting weeks for the simplest thing . Customer service is one of the worst ive seen yet. Their about me page is crap . They dont do anything in a " Timely Manner " customer service at this place is so crappy they dont even make an appt for a service call as I requested 3-4 times already . AVOID THESE FOOLS and THEIR crap hole in the wall customer service .
