I came in looking for the perfect wedding gown, and Renee was with me every single step of the way! She was very patient and gave her most honest opinions which really helped me narrow down the perfect dress for my wedding! Thank you so much Renee for being as amazing as you are! You really made this process much easier than I would have ever imagined! Highly recommend her!

omg this place is awesome. I got my prom dress here years ago and i bought my goddaughter hers this past March. she looked absolutley perfect in it. Everyone was so nice and helpful especially for the teenage girl who doesnt know what she wants, but the staff was able to figure out her likes and dislikes and found her the dress she dreamt of.

ORDERED 2dresses got charged ��������$200.00 extra.dresses 3 weeks late.Attitudes were horrible.ESP.the one with the black hair. ����I will never go there on any one I know.��������������������

WOW, this place is great! What a find... We were driving to the outlet mall and came across this place. They have such a friendly staff that made things easy to find (with their huge selection). I am very happy with my selection and will highly recommend this shop.

Just the right place for your wedding and bridesmaids gowns, my wife got hers here and they were very reasonable too.

I loved this place! Paris House of Bridal was incredible! They made sure that I had the whole bridal experience! I actually found the dress I was looking for at another shop but I loved Paris House of Bridal and how comfortable and at ease I felt with this place that I went back so that I could work with them! Everyone there was so nice and professional and was eager to help! they makes you genuinely feel special!

These girls were so super sweet to me throughout the entire process. You could sort of tell that they had dealt with their fair share. Like once I picked my dress, they were VERY delicate when talking about sizes. My experience at Paris House of Bridal & Fashion was priceless, and I enjoyed working with the ladies to make my dress fit me,The level of personal attention is unsurpassed.

Nicole Tarnow's picked up her dress on 10/17/12 and veil last year on 12/06/12 with no complaints and was very happy. We received a call from the bride a few weeks ago telling us that her veil had discolored and wants to know if we could get her another one. This is very common that fabric's discolor if not preserved properly in storage. We told her that she could come in and exchange the veil (even after her having it for several months) at no additional cost for another one. She came in and picked out a veil, even went outside to check the color in the sunlight and took it with her the same day. We are shocked to read this review as we went out of our way to make a bride happy at an additional cost to us for another veil. We would in good faith like to offer Nicole a $50.00 gift certificate for her bridal cleaning/preservation after the wedding for any misunderstandings.

I got my dress, shoes, jewelry and lingerie from here. Excellent collection they have and the staff were too good.

The sales staff is very helpful and friendly, I will recommend this place to everyone. Even though I'm from Chicago I will make the drive every time I need a gown for a special event. ITS WORTH THE DRIVE!!!!

Three stores and 2 days but to no avail. Then I happened to walk into Paris and was amazed by the dresses on display. With the help of the friendly and helpful consultant, I got the dress I wanted for the prom night. Thank you Paris.

I will never go to this place again in my life. I received my wedding dress and that was beautiful. Then we get to the veil. My dress is white. Like white white. The veil they sold me, off white. So it does not match. They sewed on a blusher for me, but did a terrible job! I took it back and they let me exchange it for a new veil. I looked at the blusher and the veil together and they looked right together and the woman working said yes it absolutely matches. So I received that veil. Come to find out and notice it is still not the right white! Needless to say, I don't have the veil that matches my dress, I don't have a matching blusher, and my wedding is in 20 days! Oh and we had to sit around and wait forever before we were helped. Don't ever go there!!

If it wasn't for this store god only knows if I would have had a gown for my wedding. I purchased my gown from Eva's Bridal in Oaklawn that burned to the ground with my and many other brides gowns inside. I saw a clip on CBS that this store was offering some gowns to brides for free who's gowns burned in the fire. I could'nt believe it. I went in today thinking maybe their was a catch... Not at all! I had over 200 gowns to choose from. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful and made me at ease about everything that has happened with my gown. I found a gown that makes me feel like a princess and am so thankful to the owner and entire staff at this store. Thank you with all of my heart, Thank you.

Best bridal store in town that I have been to. A positive experience and the staff were just wonderful. I finally got what I wanted.

The best place for Bridal Wear. I went here with my sister and they have the best Bridal gowns I have ever seen. Excellent customer relations and great prices.

They grasped exactly what I was looking for and made my wedding dress shopping stress-free and fun. I literally paraded around the store in my dress forever and They didn't rush me or pressure me at all.

I fell in love with my dress as soon as I tried it on, and each time after when I was in it; I never wanted to take it off! What I really love about the dresses there is that they are made exactly to fit your body like a glove. The staff does such a wonderful job ensuring it looks perfect on you. I love my dress so much and cannot wait to wear it on my wedding day. Thanks Paris House of bridal!!
