We went to Ryan's ate there every Fri sat sun sometimes even through the week we drive all the way from portage Ind to michgzncity Ind Ryan's at the time love the food and we had 2 servers that always waits on us they are very good Jamie and Paula well since the last 3 times we went we went Sunday Aug 11 around 5 it was horrible couldn't believe it back not very clean grill area a boy black hair short was wiping his face and nose with hand and shirt we watched him not wash his hands and just put his gloves on then the other really skinny boy short hair brownish light was cutting ribs and getting food no gloves made our stomach turn then no steaks last 3 times had to wait none cooked won't have got food that day Sunday by grill there was no ham at all up when my husband said something because of false ad s when we go for the ham every Sunday about 530 one was put out not all the way cooked I feel sorry for the waitresses when the public is there money to survive since new management took over he doesn't no what the heck is going on what to do rude as get at noticed when other customers were getting refunded.

Shockingly busy for the quality of food and hygiene practices. Extremely dirty for an OCB owned franchise. The condiments had bits of food in them and the buffett was poorly cleaned. It seemed like no one cared about sanitation. The food itself was all either under/over cooked or dirty. Better food can be found at a speedway/KFC, and it would be more hygienic to then eat that KFC in the gas station's bathroom. I essentially paid 30 dollars for a chance to get food poisoning. Never going back.

You won't go away hungry, unless you are really a picky eater.
