Staff is poorly treated by a bald guy in the back? not sure if he is the owner or what but if I worked there and he talked to me the way he did the poor employee in the front I would walk out and not come back..not very professional at all to yell at your employees especially in front of costumers..

I've been going here for years. Have always been treated well and think the Pizza is top 5 on Long Island. Have to give this pizza two thumbs up!!

Misty77 must be an owner of Middle Island Pizza because there is no way anyone could legitimatly rate this place a 5. Everytime i have been there i have been treatly poorly by people that barely speak English. Bad pizza and Bad service.

The restuarant is extremelly dirty and does not meet New York Standards of Pizza! This is the worst pizza I have ever had in my 35 years of living in New York. Follow the person's advice before me and go to Colosseo to get quality pizza!

Poor Service and terrible pizza. Go to Colosseo a few miles away...worth the drive, trust me!

This is a true family run resturant. Excellent food and sevice! They also donate their food and services to local charities,

really great people.
