went there with pic in hand, Joan cut my hair she didn't ask if I wanted a shampoo, just used a water bottle to wet my hair and started cutting barely looked at the pic I brought, I said don't want a bob so what did she give me a bob with layers, this cost me 17.00 I have long strands of hair that should have been cut but were not, I think this is a barber shop and not a beauty salon. I will never go back there again
