i went in to just get 3 things, no one else was waiting to give an order. i stepped up to the cash register and the manager{ she was wearing manager uniform] starts to take my order at the register, then she abruptly says, lets go to the kiosk, i said , i dont want to go tothe kiosk , i just want to order here, she goes to the kiosk anyway and says , u dont have to do it, i will do it for u, i said i dont want to order there because it take twice as long to order as it would to just ring it up, she said, honey i dont know who helped u before but it wasnt me cuz i am good at what i do, then she proceeded to pull up the menu, i said , i just want to order at the register, why is that so hard for u to understand, and she rolled her eyes at me and so ok rather loudly and hateful, lets go! i then told her to stick the food up her kiosk and said i dont want anything now. she said, good! if this is how your managers are, u need a class for customer service, i could have been in , ordered, and on my way home for the arguing she did!
