I went to Alexandra to get my blond highlights done on my grown out natural dark color hair. Came in with a pic of my hair done somewhere else told her that i want the same thing. After she was done I barely seen any highlights, told her that I wanted more and shge told me to be back i 3 months when my hair grown out. I didnt want to wait that long so she told me that she can see me next week and add highlights in a way that it wont damage my hair. I went back and she did add highlights but they were a little darker. She told be to give it a few washes for the color to blend together. Next week I had a trial updo for my wedding with her. I came with a pic that i wanted and to make life easer i had pics from different sides. She was so happy that i had pictures and said it made life easer for her. She did completely different updo then the pic, after I told her and pointed out the differences she was trying to fix and change it and started to pull my curles apart and riping my hair. It was horrible. Back to highlights, few weeks past and my hair looks really bad now, not only the colors blend, but my hair got dry, damaged, and falls out from beig burned. Now its going to cost me 3 times as much to fix my hair.
